Since I basically stalk Camilla and Sarah's blogs, I decided to give this a try! Please bare with me as I get this figured out. As you all know Scott and I are having a busy winter. We are preparing to welcome the newest Neathamer in June and we decided that it was time to make the kitchen functional.
On the baby front, everything is moving along smoothly. Our due date is June 20th and I'm happily past the first trimester and enjoying the second trimester. This week people have begun to point out that I am starting to "show".
Since many of you have not seen the original kitchen I have included a couple of the pre demolition shots so you can see the massive changes. We are about 90% complete. Scott's doing an amazing job keeping the momentum going. We have had a tremendous amount of help from Jim to make this kitchen redo happen. Thanks Again Jim! Everytime we walk into the kitchen it's like we live in a new house. I know the last 10% is the hardest to complete, but hopefully we will be ready to have visitors soon!

Above you can see our Huge Kitchen from the one entrance and below is the a view from the living room through the dining room into the old kitchen....the wall you see is now gone.

Since the most impressive changes have taken place in the kitchen. The view above is toward the what used to be an entrance from the hallway. There is also an area behind me in this picture that still functions as the dining room...but that still is in progress!
Hope all is well with you and you enjoy the new blog.
